About
Our Mission
We provide patient and family-centered care with comfort and compassion, recognizing the sacred value and dignity of those we serve. We provide end-of-life quality care by addressing the physical, spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social needs that exceed expectations, because “Home is where the heart is.”
We care about your family at CCMH.
Comanche County Memorial Hospice staff is comprised of dedicated professionals who are committed to providing quality care in the comfort and convenience of your home. The focus of care is on YOU and your FAMILY.
We Offer You Support, When You Need it the Most.
CCMH and CCMH Hospice have teamed up to offer bereavement support groups for anyone who may need it. Mourning and Meaning, is a ten-week grief education and support group. The group meets on Mondays at 4:00 PM and has limited space. To register for the group or if you would like more information, please contact the hospice chaplain (Daniel Litchford) or hospital chaplain (Paul Gore) at 580-355-8620. In addition, our hospice team will continue to follow the family for up to 13 months.
How Long Will Each Home Hospice Visit Last?
The first hospice visit will be by the RN case manager and will approximately take an hour to an hour and a half. The subsequent visit length will be based on the needs of the patient and family.

Why Hospice Care?
Hospice care is often a less stressful environment for patients than the sterile setting of a hospital. Patients can be comfortable wherever they call home while receiving excellent supportive care.
